6th International Conference on Humanoid, Nanotechnology, Information Technology, Communication and Control, Environment, and Management 2013 (HNICEM 2013)

The HNICEM 2013 will be co-located and held in parallel with the 6th IEEE International Conferences on Cybernetics and Intelligent Systems (CIS), and Robotics, Automation and Mechatronics (RAM). Participants registered for any of the three conferences are free to attend any of the conferences.
Scope and Topics
The theme of the conference is Bringing Technologies to the Community. Regular Paper Submission
Authors should electronically submit full paper in MS WORD document, 6-8 pages (IEEE format - two columns font 10 including pictures and diagrams), to EMAIL: hnicem@dlsu.edu.ph. The first page of the paper must contain the title, names and affiliations of the authors, email address, and four keywords/phrases. Please identify the corresponding author giving full contact information including email address.
Invited Sessions
The Program Committee also solicits proposals for invited sessions within the technical scope of the conference. One session typically contains eight (6-8) papers. The approved session must contain the title, theme and a list of paper titles, names and email addresses of the corresponding authors. Session proposals must be submitted to elmer.dadios@dlsu.edu.ph .Invited sessions are addressed to either Prof. Elmer P. Dadios, Prof. Alvin Culaba, or Prof. Marcelo Ang.
Workshops and Tutorials
The Program Committee is also soliciting proposals for workshops and tutorial related to the theme of the conference. Person interested in organizing a pre-conference workshop or tutorial should contact the Workshop and Tutorial Chair: Dr. Joel Marciano or Engr. Ryan Vicerra.
Proceedings and CD Rom
All papers submitted in the conference will undergo rigid peer review process. Only papers that will pass the review process will be accepted and published in the conference proceedings and book of abstracts. Electronic copy of the proceedings in CD will be provided at the conference. A hard copy will be available at an additional charge, and will be mailed after the conference to those who will request for it.

August 10, 2013 – Deadline for submission of full paper
August 30, 2013 – Notification of acceptance
September 15, 2013 – Deadline for submission of final paper (camera ready format)
October 10, 2013 – Deadline for early bird registration (10% discount).
